Flood Insurance from SCM Insurance

If your home is located in a flood zone (any A zone) you will be required by your mortgage company to purchase flood insurance. Homeowners insurance doesn’t cover losses from flood damage.

Flood Insurance rates are set by the National Flood Insurance Program (NFIP), but SCM Insurance does offer discounted flood insurance through Lloyd’s that can save as much as 50%.
